Hunan Haohua Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded in 1970. It has spent 50 years in the research and manufacture of series products of pesticides and herbicides. It is a designated agrochemical production base of the Ministry of Agriculture. During this period, it was once subordinate to the Logistics Department of Guangzhou Military Region, Hunan Provincial Economic Commission, and China National Chemical Corporation. In December 2015, it was acquired by Shenzhen Qianhailiangke Financial Guiyuan Holding Co., Ltd., and became its wholly-owned subsidiary, achieving the status transformation from state-owned to privately-operated. It conducted a share-holding reform in August 2020, and completed the restructuring on August 28, 2020, creating Hunan Haohua Chemical Co., Ltd.
